Clean, wooden furnished rooms with balcony. Great hot water shower. Effective and quiet aircon. Nice swimming pool and restaurant. Staff is helpful and flexible with payments.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area and close to the sea, allowing for peaceful walks along the shore. Guests can enjoy a lovely wooden house, modern and spacious bathroom. the staff is helpful, and breakfast is available in the so-called restaurant.

Some visitors experienced less than desirable conditions in the old swimming pool, and guests had to travel to eat since there were no nearby restaurants.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the rooms were newly renovated and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities I needed, including wifi and air conditioning. Lastly, the location was perfect for me - not in the center of Senggigi but still within a short drive, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

I enjoyed the beautiful and convenient location of this hotel. It is situated on a lovely road that is perfect for a motorbike ride and is close to some excellent restaurants. The staff were also fantastic and helped me arrange a trip to see the stunning Senaru waterfalls. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and restaurant, were impressive and clean.

The beachfront location was great for enjoying the sea breeze and taking a long walk. The spacious rooms with comfortable mattresses and generous closet space allowed us to unpack and settle in with ease. , the availability of room service meant we could order food at our discretion and avoid the frustrating wait times encountered at the restaurant.

Unfortunately for us, our Christmas experience was quite unpleasant. The swimming pool advertised by the hotel was empty and the restaurant took over 45 minutes to serve us food, which tasted terrible.

The hotel offered a decent breakfast with a variety of options. the staff was polite and attentive. the hotel also had a gym with adequate equipment that I enjoyed using.

The location of the hotel was not ideal as it was quite far from the city center and key tourist attractions. the cleanliness of the room was subpar and there were several insects present.
